Jesse Corcoran, Haydn Cowled and Casey Wall secured positions in the final 17-player squad for Saturday's opening clash against Newcastle/Hunter at St Mary's League Stadium.
Corcoran, Young Cherrypickers's likely first grade halfback in 2019, has been named to wear the number seven jersey, while Cowled and Wall are expected to make an impact from the bench.
The selection follows a long pre-season including a number of training sessions at Wagga, as well a trial recently at Albury against a representative side from Victoria.
"The boys have trained well and they're selection is certainly justified," Cherrypickers coach Roy Jewitt said.
The match will kick-off at 2pm and will be live streamed by Country Rugby League.
Elsewhere, the Young Cherrypickers reserve grade side and Binalong will meet at Alfred Oval on Saturday in a trial from 5pm.
