Acting Inspector of Young Police Michael Madgwick has asked motorists to think twice before driving during the morning after a night out, after police charged a man recently.

A 27-year-old driver, who later claimed he had stopped drinking at midnight, was stopped for a random breath test on Zouch Street about 9.50am on Sunday, March 31.
He registered a low-range reading of .059.
Police say they were told he had been drinking throughout Saturday afternoon and into the night until midnight.
"It occurred at 9.30am the next morning. It's a reminder to the public," Acting Inspector Michael Madgwick said.
He'll appear at court at a later date.
Police also charged a man with mid-range drink driving about 2.30am on Sunday morning, March 31.
The 34-year-old from Cootamundra was stopped on Boorowa Street.
He registered a reading of .136.
His licence was suspended and he received a court attendance notice.
