A Young man has been caught speeding at 163km/hr while more than four times above the legal limit.

The 39-year-old was detected by police travelling in a Toyota Camry in a 100km/hr zone on the Lachlan Valley Way near Boorowa on Thursday about 2.15pm.
It will be alleged by police that the car was overtaking another vehicle on double centre lines at the time.
A roadside breath test returned a positive reading, with a subsequent breath analysis returning a reading of .223.
He was charged with high range drink driving, drive in a dangerous manner and exceeding the speed limit.
He will appear in Young Local Court on Wednesday, May 15.
Operation Go Slow, the state's Anzac holiday period road safety operation, started at 12.01am on Wednesday, April 24 and will run until 11.59pm on Sunday, April 28.
Police across NSW will continue to target all speeding, mobile phone, seatbelt and motorcycle/helmet offences, which will attract double demerit points.
