A 22-year-old man has been arrested for numerous offences after police responded to a driving complaint from a member of the public.

About 10:15am on Friday, May 24, 2019 police responded to a driving complaint between Wombat and Young.
The vehicle was detected a short time later, by Highway Patrol officers, allegedly travelling in excess of the speed limit and was stopped on Campbell Street, Young.
Highway Patrol and Young Police searched the vehicle and it will be alleged a substance believed to be cannabis was found as well as other items of drug paraphernalia.
The man was issued infringement notices for the offences of exceed speed limit, display false number plates, drive unregistered vehicle and drive uninsured vehicle.
Police said the man will be dealt with via a cannabis caution for the prohibited drug offence.
26-year-old arrested for mid-range PCA
In other police news about 12:40am on Sunday, May 26, 2019 police stopped a black Nissan, being driven by a 26-year-old male, on Campbell Street, Young.
The driver came to police attention due to his manner of driving.
He was subjected to a random breath test which returned a positive result.
As a result he was taken to Young Police Station and underwent a breath analysis, returning a reading of 0.111 grammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood/210 litres of breath.
He was charged with the offence of drive with mid-range PCA and his licence was suspended.
