"We ended up with 11 learner licences and seven provisional licences to date," driving instructor and training officer Brett Naden said.
One participant is booked in for a driving test on Friday March 6 and another two will be booking themselves in for their test after they have gained some more confidence.
On top of those fantastic results the course also helped two people with Work and Development Orders regarding fines, helped one person get a birth certificate.
Lettiechia Huxtable has just completed her second course with Birrang Enterprise and now has earned her P1 licence after gaining her learners licence after the first course.
Lettichia said she is a single mother of three who needed a licence to help out getting her children and herself to and from Doctors appointments, school, shopping and just general for the freedom of being driving able to drive when she needs to.
The course was held at the Salvation Army Employment Plus offices and was available for eligible members of the community.
"Without them (Salvation Army Employment Plus) supplying a room for us we wouldn't have been able to put the program on," Brett said. "The ladies there were fantastic and we helped some of their clients gain either a learner licence or provisional licence."
The course included theory as well as on the road experience and lessons for those who had already received their learners licence or their P1 licence.
