Emergency services responded to the scene where a dust extractor had caught alight about 5.45pm.
Upon arrival, eight people had self evacuated the building.
Firefighters from Young's NSW Fire and Rescue worked with hoses while wearing breathing apparatuses to bring the fire under control in about 15 minutes.
Rural Fire Service crews, police and Essential Energy personnel were on site to assist.
Firies stayed on site for about an hour for cooling and cleaning up.
Some members of the public living nearby reported loss of power as Essential Energy isolated power to the building affected.
The site was handed over to owners about 7.30pm.
Two trucks from Young's Fire and Rescue, along with Harden Fire and Rescue's rehabilitation van attended.
