Grenfell’s Beau Bailey will looking to claim gold in the FIM SGP3 Final after strong results in the semi finals hosted in Slovenia over the weekend.
Topping the leaderboard with his five rides in the semi finals, Beau received a total of 15 points securing his way through to
the finals.
He will be heading to Prague for the final which is set to kick off on Friday, 30 May (Prague time).
The semi finals at Slovenia had two heats of 16 racers competing for the top eight qualifying positions.

The top eight racers in each of the heats go on to compete in the grand final hosted in Prague.
A total of 10 countries will be represented in Prague when the FIM Speedway Youth World Championship is decided –
Australia, Great Britain, Slovenia, the United States, Germany, Denmark, Czechia, Ukraine, Poland and Slovakia.
Riding a 250cc motorbike, this is Beau’s third time competing in the championship, where he finished in second place overall last year and ninth in the world in his debut in 2023.
This year will be the last year Beau will be racing in the 250cc class, before being able to move into racing on 500cc motorbikes.
Beau has been racing on 250cc bikes for the last three and half years, first racing in the class when he was 13.
