This year's Mad Monday celebrations have left the Young Greyhound Racing Club “ropeable” after the mess Young rugby league players allegedly left at Alfred Oval on Sunday night, following their semi final loss in Wagga.
It appears celebrations may have gone a little too far when racing club members, neighbours and council workers awoke to the destruction at the grounds on Monday morning.
Cans and broken bottles were left strewn across the oval, racing track and under-shelter, and a fire was still smoking, destroying the tar below.
