According to family friend Meg Pigram the loss of Lindsay Campagna was completely sudden and unexpected.
In the wake of their mother’s passing Laila, Lucas, Eva and Cooper have been left reeling.
Eva and Cooper have returned to Young to live with their grandparents for the foreseeable future according to Ms Pigram.
The gofundme page has been set up for the children who have lost so much so quickly.
“The page has been set up to ensure the kids will be provided for and can continue to be normal kids,” Ms Pigram said.
Ms Campagna’s funeral was held at St Mary’s Catholic Church in Young on Friday with attendees asked to wear yellow, Lindsay’s favourite colour.
In lieu of flowers patrons were asked to make donations to the NSW Ambulance service.
Ms Campagna’s passing has been tragic for her parents Paul and Helen, her partner Daniel, her siblings –Joanne, Nigel, Jorden, Tara, Lucinda and Corey, her nieces and nephews as well as her many friends in the community.
Ms Campagna was described as a much loved and devoted mother to her children which is why Ms Pigram said it is so important the community rally around the family.
“It’s to make sure that they’re set up and have what they need,” Ms Pigram said.
