Students from 2S were learning about ANZAC Day, they watched videos, read stories, made poppies and wrote about what ANZAC Day means to them. On the last day of this term they enjoyed making ANZAC biscuits and of course, eating them!
Students from 1/2H have been reading the picture book Anzac Biscuits and learning how these treats reminded the soldiers at war that their families were thinking of them. They made ANZAC biscuits in class by following a recipe. They were delicious! Lest we forget.
