The CWA Cottage Craft Shop recently organised a Mother’s Day raffle - the prize being a hamper of goodies made by the members and contributors of the shop. It was drawn on Saturday May 12 in the shop just before close of day's trading.

When we rang the winner she was in Young shopping so came down and immediately picked it up. She was absolutely delighted with her prize.
Our next fundraiser is a Teddy Bear’s Picnic and Games afternoon on Saturday May 26 commencing at 2pm in the CWA Rooms, Lovell Street opposite KFC. Everyone is asked to bring along a teddy bear and there are prizes for the biggest, littlest, oldest, most loved teddy bear.
The games we will be playing are Euchre and Hoi which is similar to Bingo only playing cards are used instead of numbered cards. There is an entry fee of $5 which includes entry into all the games and teddy bear competition and a delicious afternoon tea. There will also be a Lucky Door prize.
Everyone is most welcomed so come along and enjoy an afternoon of fun and fellowship with old friends and new.
