Writers seeking to unlock their potential are invited to take part in a workshop to be held at the services club, Young, on Saturday, August 5. The Lambing Flat branch of the Fellowship of Australian Writers will host the event which will be facilitated by Kathryn Coughran, a former resident of Young.

The workshop will cater for all levels of the community who find that writing is a relaxing yet satisfying hobby. It will be of benefit to all levels of the creative writing experience, from new starters to the seasoned veteran. New writers, or those restarting, will learn how to orient themselves to find a writing direction. Seasoned writers will enhance their writing experience and clarify their writing goals.
