You will need to provide details of the land location, size, zoning, details of existing Development Application consents, available services, price (optional), your contact details and the contact details of real estate agents with whom the property is currently listed if any.

If you are not comfortable having your information shared publicly then please advise at the start. Council will respect your wishes and behind the scenes try its best to discretely match you with opportunities that arise.

The Hilltops Regional Economic Development Committee at its last meeting on August 7, 2018, moved to take a proactive approach to unearth available commercial real estate that has the potential to help the local economy to flourish and your vacant land may be just that.

There is a deadline for your reply which is Friday, September 28, 2018 and information can be forwarded attention of Council’s Economic Development Officer, Debbie Evans, by email mail@hilltops.nsw.gov.au, by regular mail to Hilltops Council, Locked Bag 5, Young NSW 2594 or by simply dropping information into one of the Council administration offices in Boorowa, Harden or Young marked to the attention of Debbie Evans.

After the closing date and depending on information received Council will develop a marketing plan to get the word out that Hilltops is “open for business” and this is what we have to offer
