According to long term committee member Ben Cooper “touch is a game anyone can play.”
“We cater for people wanting to play socially right through to players wanting to follow elite pathways to represent their town and region,” he said.
Over the past few years, Young’s town touch competition has consistently grown in size and the level of talent on display has certainly increased.

“This season we have moved away from any team having to provide duty referees.
“We will have a bank of trained and experienced referees to officiate each game. This will lead to continued improvement in our local competition.”
Young Touch Football will play all their games at Keith Cullen Oval this year with mixed competition being held on Thursday nights and men’s and Women’s competitions being scheduled for Wednesday nights.
Touch is an inclusive, fun and rewarding sport to play that promotes fitness, teamwork and skill development.
