Well over a hundred horses, ponies and riders took part in the event held at the Young Showground and run by the Young Show Society.

Local riders did well on the day with Joanne Goulder and her thoroughbred ‘Idontknow’ taking out the Off the Track series, local Welsh Pony Breeder Jeremy Tancred won Champion Welsh Pony with Jezlyn Trick or Treat, Tracie Wells and Showman were crowned Supreme Open Hack, Elly Sabidussi and Marbuck Tuqiri had a lot of success in the Hunter Hack section winning reserve champion, Tori Wall and her new thoroughbred mare Daisy Patch Devine won reserve champion in the ridden breed ring, six-year-old Ebony Atkins won reserve champion led welsh pony with her gelding Arajay Park Fireman Sam, Nashya McKeown and her pony Blue Valley Blue Moon Rising won reserve champion led pony hunter hack and champion ridden Welsh and Brooke Hurth-Gye had an amazing day with her pony Naruni Park Taylor who took out Champion Pony Hack, Champion Led and Ridden Part APSB, Reserve Led and Ridden ASP, Reserve Led and Ridden Riding Pony, Reserve Ridden Part Welsh and won the Led Part Welsh, Brooke was also awarded Champion Adult rider with her previously owned horse Marbuck Tuqiri.
