A Young man who supplied methamphetamine to two undercover police was lucky to avoid prison last week after being convicted of multiple drug charges.

Jordan Sams, 22, sold multiple capsules of methamphetamine and a bag of methamphetamine to two police officers operating undercover in Port Macquarie.
The offences occurred at a nightclub between midnight and 12.30am respectively on November 4 and November 5 last year.

He was arrested in Young on February 14, 2018 and he was charged with four counts of supply prohibited drugs.
He admitted to supplying “caps” of MDMA for money, police facts say.
Before facing the court, Sams was caught in possession of cannabis in Young in September 2018.
According to police facts, the amount in his possession was .5g.

At court, Magistrate Michael O’Brien ordered Sams to enter a community corrections order for 18 months with a condition to not take drugs.
“Persons such as you distributing drugs destroys the lives of others,” Magistrate Michael O’Brien said.
“If you come back before me you’ll be going to prison,” he added.
