Young trainer Peter Schiller struck first with So Much Better in race three for owners Glen and Susan Schiller.

The four year old gelding won in convincing style under the guidance of leading Junee reinsman Bruce Harpley who took advantage of a perfect inside line to record a winning mile rate of 1:54.5.
