It comes after Young won the Group Nine club championship earlier this year, as a result of the club's results across the grades during the regular season.
The club's under 17s and under 19s secured back-to-back titles lifting the Sullivan Cup and Weissel Cup at Wagga's Equex Centre on Sunday.
Reserve grade couldn't make it three-from-three losing 28-8 in the Burmeister Shield decider.
Lucas said winning the club championships was the "ultimate" while having three sides in grand finals was a "big effort".
"To win the club championship was really big. I don't think a lot of people realise how big that actually was for a club in a small town and we're up against clubs from Wagga," Lucas said.
"We had three sides in grand finals over the weekend which was a really big effort, but winning the championship was the ultimate.
"It was a big feat for 17s and 19s. And for reserves to get so close shows that there's good signs for the future," he said.
Lucas said focus shifts to returning first grade to the finals in 2020.
"We have Nick Hall taking over the coaching for first grade next season and he has already got some things in place on and off the field, so I'm excited, things are looking really good for the future," he said
