The Lions scored a hard fought 1-0 win over Henwood Park in the preliminary final at Junee on Saturday to book a ticket to the decider this weekend.
They'll meet minor premiers Lake Albert on Saturday at Harris Park at Wagga.
Coach Mark Mellish said it was typical finals game.
"We're the better side by it was finals football and anything could have happened. They had a good chance in the first half which they probably should have taken, but we scored in the second," Mellish said.
"Our main aim was to get the win. We weren't looking at the goals difference. They threw some players forward towards the end but we had them covered, it was good."
Mellish said it's important the players enjoy the week.
"I've told the boys to enjoy the week. I've coached a lot of players in first grade who have never had the opportunity to play in a grand final so it's important to enjoy it. On Saturday we play a side we've played three times already this season, hopefully we get the win," he said.
