Last year's Showgirl Emma Godsell and 13-year-old Bridie Gibson were presented with ribbons from Young Show Society president Sam Reynolds on behalf of the ASC at the Young Show on Sunday afternoon.
Sam spoke about each of the recipients.
"It's not very often we have showgirls stay onboard and get heavily involved. Emma over the past 12 months has drove me mad in a good way because she's been super keen. She's been the backbone during the past week and I can't thank her enough," Sam said.
Sam said Bridie has helped wherever she can.
"I see a lot of myself in Bridie and I hope in 10 years time she's the president of the Show Society, she's a great kid," Sam said.
ASC Next Generation members are aged between 18 and 35 years old and work to secure the future of Ag Shows in NSW.
Sam said it's important to have young people involved.
"We need young people to come onboard to these committees with fresh ideas to make events like the show continue going forward," she said.
"If anyone wants to get involved there's no age bracket and many hands makes light work. We'd love some more help," she added.
