Two 45 minute group fitness classes catering for all fitness levels and ages are being held at the Young High School Oval on November 16.
Kate says it's a great opportunity for people to support a community event, raise awareness and money for her charity the Men's Shed, and also get active.
Free subway will be provided on the day as well as plenty of water, and Elite Supplements will be taking questions and offering pre-trainer taste testing.
Kate added that exercise can improve mental health.
"I know from my own experience that exercise does help. If you start exercising it really does help you," she said.
"Everyone's welcome to come and raise some money and awareness for the Men's Shed."
Personal trainer Tegan Deighton of Pro Fit Performance Coaching Club promised an enjoyable experience.
"A lot of people have this perception of exercise that it's too hard to get into but little stepping stones, it's not hard to move. There'll be something for everyone, don't think you can't do it, I promise you can, everyone can be included," Tegan added.
Registrations are $20.
