The upgrades were completed after the club secured $56,500 funding under round two of the state government's stronger country communities fund.
Steph Cooke MP said the new additions will prove beneficial to those who use the facility.
"It's fantastic to be here today to officially open the upgrades, which I know will come in handy - particularly over the coming months," Ms Cooke said.
"With a hot summer ahead of us, the shade sails will offer relief from the heat which will ensure that bowls competitions can continue on despite the weather.
"I know how important sporting clubs are to our communities, especially during times of drought, so I'm incredibly excited the Bribaree Bowling Club has been able to benefit from this funding."
Bribaree Bowling Club vice president Reece Hanigan said it is wonderful country clubs are being supported.
"I can't believe a small club like ours has been lucky enough to receive some funding to replace the seating and the awnings, which were in a state of a disrepair," Mr Hanigan said.
"This offers something for the bowlers at their end, especially during the hot weather."
