This year's show was scheduled to take place on Friday and Saturday night, June 12 and June 13.
"Let's not be sad, but smile when we remember the fabulous performances and unbelievable fundraising from 2019," Stars of Young said in a post on Facebook.
Stars of Young raised a remarkable $113,000 last year. Fourteen people from Young took to the stage to raise thousands of dollars.
In total, the 14 Stars made $71,000 through various fundraising events in the community.
A number of similar events across the state have either been postponed for 12 months or later in the year.
The Stars of the Border at Albury has been pushed back to November. It was set to take place in May.
"Nothing is more important to us than the health of our supporters - your safety must come first. After taking advice from leading health professionals and knowing that many who attend our events are in a higher risk group, we're confident that this decision is in the best interests of everyone involved, as well as the wider NSW community," Cancer Council said in statement.
Stars of Dubbo was pushed back to October, Stars of Orange has been postponed 12 months, and Stars of Bathurst has also been postponed for a year.
Young pharmacist David Hamblin was the highest fundraiser last year collecting $15,000.
The People's Choice awards last year went to Adrian Capra and Kyle McGovern.
The event is set to be back in 2021.
