Two COVID-19 cases confirmed in Albury as Victorian border closes

On the same day the NSW and Victorian Governments announced they would be shutting the border between the two states Murrumbidgee Local Health District confirmed two cases of COVID-19 in Albury.

Late on Monday night MLHD released a statement from NSW Health which confirmed two patients who had been tested have returned a positive result for COVID-19.

Weddin locals are urged to not travel to the area in the time before the border is set to close at midnight Wednesday morning.
