A man will face court next month accused of performing a sexual act in front of a teenager in a public toilet in Young.

About 3.15pm on July 6, a 16-year-old boy entered the men's toilets at Young Railway Station on Lovell Street.
Police have been told as he was leaving, the teenager saw a man standing in the doorway of one of the cubicles allegedly performing a sexual act.
The teen ran out and told his mother, who called the police.
Officers attached to the Hume Police District commenced an investigation into the alleged incident and the next day attended the area and spoke with a 34-year-old man from Young.
Following inquiries, officers arrested the man at a home in Young about 3.15pm on Monday.
He was taken to the local police station and charged with carrying out a sexual act towards another person.
The man was granted strict conditional bail to appear in Young Local Court on August 11.
