Emily Isobel Charles, of Molloy Place, Young, failed to appear before the court charged with possessing a prohibited drug.
The matter was dealt with in her absence.
According to police facts on August 3, 2021, Charles was the passenger of a vehicle involved in a pursuit with Cowra police.
Around 11.40am, at the end of the pursuit, Charles was arrested and searched by police as the driver had been in possession of a prohibited drug.
At the start of the search, Charles pulled a small, clear resealable plastic bag containing a white crystalline substance from her bra.
The bag was weighed at 0.4grams.
She was then arrested and taken to Cowra Police Station where she declined to be interviewed.
In sentencing, Magistrate Moody noted Charles had failed to appear on her previous court date.
"Looking at her record it is somewhat limited, she's a woman in her mid-20s and this is the first offence of its kind," she said.
"However, she was fined for common assault in mid-January this year.
"In this circumstance, she will be convicted and fined."
