Eris and Hank from Hilltops Suicide Prevention Inc were on hand to accept the cheque and were very grateful to the accountancy firm for their donation and what it will allow the group to do on a local level.
"As a long standing member firm of Count Financial, Twomeys makes a regular donation to the Count Charitable Foundation which aims to make a positive and lasting difference to the wellbeing of vulnerable and at-risk people in the communities in which we live and work," Twomeys Young principal Stephen Thurn said.
Over the past few months Twomeys have also presented a cheque for $2,000 to Cootamundra Meals on Wheels and also $2,500.00 to Flexi-Care in Harden all from the Count Charitable Foundation.
Late last year the firm also awarded a $5000 grant to Young Meals on Wheels as well as they are 'a worthy cause and one that provides benefits to the community.'
